二、引《思益》證心通真妄。今以分別有無分之。言分別者，分於邪正、別於中邊，乃令諸法不正其中。其失既然，得可知矣。

Second, citing the Viśeṣacintibrahmaparipṛcchā to prove that the mind penetrates the true and the false. Now it is divided based on discrimination of existence and non-existence. "Discrimination" means distinguishing the erroneous and the correct and differentiating the middle and the extremes, which causes all dharmas not to be correct in their middle. Since its fault is thus, the gain can be known.
