三、「又下」下，歎經用。上至菩薩者，經無菩薩之言。既云能滅一切眾生苦惱，則通指九界方名一切。經文有四：
Third, from "further below" onward, praises the function of the sūtra. Reaching up to bodhisattvas: the sūtra does not have the word "bodhisattva". Since it says that it can extinguish the suffering and distress of all sentient beings, it generally indicates the nine realms before it can be called "all". The sūtra text has four parts:
