二、答王義。經「故稱人王」者，謚法曰「德象天地稱帝，仁義所生稱王。」《白虎通》曰「王者，往也。天下所歸往也。」

Second, answering the meaning of "king". When the sūtra says "therefore called human king", the Posthumous Title Rules states: "Virtue matching Heaven and Earth is called Di (Emperor); that which arises from benevolence and righteousness is called Wang (King)." The Baihutong says: "Wang means wang (to turn toward); it is that toward which all under heaven turn and go."
