三、以力加答三四問。前第三問：處王宮殿，何故名天？四問：以人法治世，那得名天？故今答中，雖處人宮，天力加故，自在如天，答第三問也。遮惡勸善，令人生天，答第四問也。

Third, using the empowerment of power to answer the third and fourth questions. The previous third question was: Dwelling in a king's palace, why is he called heaven? The fourth question was: Governing the world by human law, how does he obtain the name heaven? Therefore, in the present answer: although dwelling in a human palace, because of the empowerment of heavenly power, he is sovereign like heaven—this answers the third question. Suppressing evil and encouraging goodness to cause people to be born in heaven—this answers the fourth question.
