四、天眼護國。以報得天眼者，非修得也。受天身則眼必徹障。幽，暗也。燭，照也。萌，種子初剖也。杜，塞也。謂以天眼徹照，防將萌之禍根、塞漸起之惡源也。

Fourth, protecting the state through the divine eye. That it is obtained through retribution means it is not obtained through cultivation. If one receives a heavenly body, their eye must penetrate obstacles. "You" means darkness. "Zhu" means to illuminate. "Meng" means the initial splitting open of a seed. "Du" means to stop up. This means that through the penetrating illumination of the divine eye, one prevents the roots of disaster that are about to sprout and stops up the sources of evil that are gradually arising.
