二、「從汝」下，述成六願欲。六段如疏。經「棘」，兵器也，與「戟」字同。刺，殺也。

Second, from "you" onward, confirming the six wishes and desires. The six passages are as in the commentary. The "thorn" (ji 棘) in the sūtra is a weapon, identical to the character ji (戟, halberd). To pierce means to kill.
