二、「大梵」下，明釋梵八部皆集。經「釋提桓因」者，具云釋迦提婆因達羅，此云能天帝。
Second, from "Great Brahmā" onward, clarifying the assembly of Śakra, Brahmā, and the eight classes. In the sūtra, "Śakro Devānām Indraḥ" is fully Śakra-deva-indra, translated as "Able Sovereign of Gods" (Neng Tiandi).
