二、「如來」下二行，明攝生感讚之功。若相若好，隨大隨小悉能調伏，令心柔軟受諸快樂，故為諸佛所讚。

Second, the two lines from "Tathāgata" explain the merit of gathering sentient beings and inspiring praise. Whether major or minor, in accord with great or small, they are all able to tame and subdue, causing minds to become soft and gentle and to experience all joys; therefore they are praised by the buddhas.
