二、「釋迦」下一行半，略讚所說教法。如來將欲口輪說法，必須意業鑑機，如日照物無所不遍。為欲利益者，準金光明之力用，須明十種利益，方盡垂世說法之意也。

Second, the line and a half from "Śākya..." downward briefly praises the preached Dharma of the teaching. When the Tathāgata is about to preach the Dharma with the wheel of speech, he must scrutinize the capacities of beings through the mental karma, like the sun shining upon things, leaving nowhere unpervaded. "Desiring to bring benefit": based on the power and function of the Suvarṇaprabhāsa, one must clarify the ten kinds of benefits in order to exhaustively express the intent of descending into the world to preach the Dharma.
