贊曰：第十、繼佛宣揚德。於資糧等五位，轉其四位。二不退法輪，如本《法華疏》辨。

Commentary: The tenth virtue: continuing the Buddha's propagation. Among the five stages such as the stage of provision, they turn it in four of the stages. The two wheels of the Dharma of non-retrogression are as distinguished in our Commentary on the Saddharmapuṇḍarīka.
