贊曰：大法智雲含眾德雨，名大雲，餘皆準此。智能除垢闇名淨光，貪諸功德名持法，除闇持法對。美名遐布聞者皆喜樂。樂，音五孝反。名遍十方，云現無邊稱。他樂遠聞對。

Commentary: The great cloud of Dharma-wisdom, containing the rain of all virtues, is called 'Great Cloud'; the rest follow this standard. Wisdom being able to eliminate defilement and darkness is called 'Pure Light'; yearning for all merits is called 'Upholding the Dharma'—[this is] a pairing of eliminating darkness and upholding the Dharma. Fine renown spreading far and wide so that those who hear it all rejoice (le has the pronunciation wu-xiao fan); renown pervading the ten directions is called 'Manifesting Boundless Fame'—[this is] a pairing of joy of others and hearing from afar.
