贊曰：法能生智名慧雨，法能除障名清淨雨。有威力故如雨，無不利故充遍。生善滅惡對。

Commentary: The Dharma being able to give rise to wisdom is called 'Rain of Wisdom'; the Dharma being able to remove obscurations is called 'Rain of Purity'. Because it has majesty it is like rain; because there is nothing it does not benefit it fills everywhere. [This is] a pairing of producing good and extinguishing evil.
