三、明時利，復分為二：初明時、後明利。時中復二：初明世尊起說經時、後明弟子翻譯年代。

Third, explaining the period and benefits, which is again divided into two: first, explaining the period; later, explaining the benefits. Within the period there are again two: first, explaining the time when the World-Honoured One began to preach the sūtra; later, explaining the dates of translation by the disciples.
