Commentary: Below, [the text] indicates the dissemination section. There are five verses indicating the practices properly to be cultivated. This indicates ‘The Chapter on Observing Humans and Devas’, ‘The Chapter on the Four Heavenly Kings’ Protection of the State’, ‘The Chapter on Non-Attachment’, and ‘The Chapter on the Wish-Fulfilling [Gem]’.
