1.91

贊曰：此諸菩薩八地已上念念倍前，及過二乘，名超。恒在定故，名繫念現前。敷揚法教，名開闡慧門。故《法華論》云「其智慧門名阿含甚深，決擇會通名善修方便。又復善修方便願力等，或復具修十二善巧。」此經文意，清淨奉持經無量劫，竝通諸度。六度略章，如本《無垢稱疏》。

Commentary: For these bodhisattvas from the eighth bhūmi and above, each thought-moment doubles the preceding one and surpasses the two vehicles, which is called 'transcending'. Because they are constantly in samādhi, it is called 'mindfulness was brought present before them'. Promulgating and propagating the teachings of the Dharma is called 'opening and propagating the gates of wisdom'. Therefore, the Saddharmapuṇḍarīka-upadeśa states: 'Their gate of wisdom is called the profound āgama; resolving and synthesizing it is called skillfully cultivating expedient means. Furthermore, they skillfully cultivate the perfections of expedient means, vows, powers, and the like, or they fully cultivate the twelve skillfulnesses.' The meaning of this sūtra text is that pure upholding spanning immeasurable kalpas equally applies across all perfections.
