贊曰:第六德。惑業苦三如次煩惱累染。或復惱累是種現,染即習氣并所知障,以煩惱俱同一名說。已正將斷,故得云皆。
Commentary: The sixth virtue. The three of delusion, karma, and suffering correspond respectively to afflictions, encumbrances, and defilements. Or again, afflictions and encumbrances are seeds and active manifestations, while defilements are latent tendencies (vāsanā) together with the cognitive obscurations (jñeyāvaraṇa), being designated under the single common name of afflictions. Since they have already been severed, are currently being severed, and are on the verge of being severed, it can be stated as 'completely'.
