問：若爾，何故二喻不同？答：彼據除惡故喻醫王，此喻生善故喻父母。又復醫王父母二雖不同，不滅示現令生慕仰，義意相似。

Question: If so, why are the two metaphors different? Answer: That one relies on removing evil, hence using the metaphor of the king of physicians; this one uses the metaphor of giving birth to good, hence using the parents. Moreover, although the king of physicians and the parents are two different things, showing non-extinction to give rise to longing and reverence is similar in doctrinal intent.
