贊曰：明大我德。以法身我如大船舶，具恒沙德如滿財寶。令陸地行，喻外道我見。外道我見心，不能見真我。真我如舟，不於外道我見陸地心行。

The commentary states: This clarifies the virtue of the great self. Because the self of the dharmakāya is like a great vessel, endowed with virtues as numerous as the sands of the Ganges like being filled with treasures. Making it travel across dry land exemplifies the non-Buddhists' view of self. The minds of non-Buddhists with views of self cannot see the true self. The true self is like a boat; it does not travel upon the dry land of non-Buddhist minds with views of self.
