贊曰：正請有五，一請法儀、二牒所聞、三舉違難、四結疑意、五請為決。此初二。

Commentary: The formal request has five parts: 1. the etiquette of requesting the Dharma; 2. repeating what was heard; 3. raising a contradictory difficulty; 4. concluding the purport of the doubt; 5. requesting resolution. These are the first two.
