贊曰：下釋情疑，有二：初牒疑、後喻釋。此牒疑也。疑有二人：一出世人疑、二世間人疑。又是學人及不學人二人俱疑。

Commentary: Below, it explains the doubts in their minds. There are two parts: first, stating the doubt; later, explaining through similes. This states the doubt. Those who doubt are two kinds of people: first, supramundane people who doubt; second, mundane people who doubt. Moreover, both people in training and people beyond training doubt.
