2.43

贊曰：七、光利群生，有二：初得樂、後離苦。此初也。問：光燿此界，此界覩光得益；亦至十方，十方何不蒙益？答：準應俱益，但略不論。

Commentary: Seventh, the radiance benefits the multitude of beings, which has two parts: first, obtaining joy; later, leaving suffering. This is the first. Question: The radiance illuminated this realm, and this realm beheld the radiance and gained benefit; it also reached the ten directions—why did the ten directions not receive benefit? Answer: By implication both should be benefited, but it is merely omitted from the discussion.
