贊曰：第七懺由怖畏故造惡業。意雖不樂造過，或怖命財難等，故造惡業。或處卑賤，被他驅逼不得自在，故造惡業。

The Commentary says: The seventh repents creating evil karma on account of terror. Although the mind did not delight in creating faults, fearing difficulties regarding life or wealth and the like, one therefore created evil karma. Or dwelling in a base and lowly state, coerced by others and not attaining independence, one therefore created evil karma.
