贊曰：第八懺由大隨惑等故造惡業。為飢渴欲所逼惱故，造諸惡業。
The Commentary says: The eighth repents creating evil karma on account of major secondary afflictions and the like. Because of being afflicted and distressed by hunger, thirst, and desires, one created all evil karmas.
