贊曰：此有二德。初半頌讚隨感應現德，如《涅槃經．月喻品》說見半滿等；次半頌讚焰網莊嚴德。妙頗瓈，白紅色，如《法華經》云「如淨瑠璃中，內現真金像」等。

The Commentary states: Here there are two virtues. The first half-verse praises the virtue of manifesting in accordance with receptivity, just as explained in the 'Parable of the Moon' chapter of the *Nirvāṇa Sūtra* about seeing it half, full, and so forth; the second half-verse praises the virtue of the adornment of the net of flames. 'Exquisite crystal' is of a whitish-red color, just as the *Lotus Sūtra* says: 'Like an image of pure gold appearing inside pure vaiḍūrya,' and so forth.
