贊曰：次、印也。前之頌中，妙幢說聞此法滅罪得福，恐人不信，故佛為印。
Commentary: Next is the confirmation. In the preceding verses, Ruciraketu said that hearing this teaching eliminates sins and obtains merit; fearing that people might not believe it, the Buddha confirms it for them.
