贊曰：是第二逆。初違教，即隱蔽覆藏。見行聲聞等下毀人，并含第三逆。
Commentary: This is the second deadly sin. First is violating the teachings—that is, concealing and hiding them. From "upon seeing practitioners of the Śrāvaka" onwards is disparaging people, and also subsumes the third deadly sin.
