贊曰：上明懺悔法，下明能行之人。於中有三：初標、次釋、後攝。此標也。

Commentary: Above explained the method of repentance; below explains the person capable of practicing it. Herein there are three parts: first stating, next explaining, and later subsuming. This is the statement.
