下第五勸修行。有二：初指前我所得、「是故」下次正勸行。勸行中有三：初舉應行之人、次舉小福、「何況」下後況勝福而不行耶？文段可知。

Next is the fifth part, exhorting practice. There are two parts: first, pointing to what I have previously attained; from "Therefore" below, properly exhorting practice. Within exhorting practice, there are three: first, citing the person who ought to practice; next, citing the lesser blessing; from "how much more so" below, noting the greater blessing—how could one not practice it?
