4.129

「善男子！此陀羅尼是過一恒河沙數諸佛所說，為護初地菩薩故。若有誦持此陀羅尼呪者，得脫一切怖畏，所謂虎狼師子惡獸之類、一切惡鬼人非人等怨賊災橫及諸苦惱，解脫五障，不忘念初地。善男子！菩薩摩訶薩於第二地得陀羅尼名善安樂住。」

"Good sons! This dhāraṇī was spoken by buddhas exceeding the sands of a Gaṅgā river, in order to protect bodhisattvas of the first ground. If there is anyone who recites and upholds this dhāraṇī mantra, they will be freed from all fears, namely tigers, wolves, lions, and other ferocious beasts, all evil spirits, humans, non-humans, enemies, thieves, disasters, mishaps, and all sufferings, will be liberated from the five obstacles, and will not forget the first ground. Good sons! On the second ground, the bodhisattva-mahāsattva attains the dhāraṇī named Dwelling in Good Peace and Joy."
