4.138

「善男子！此陀羅尼是過五恒沙數諸佛所說，為護五地菩薩摩訶薩故。若有誦持此陀羅尼呪者，脫諸怖畏惡獸惡鬼人非人等怨賊災橫及諸苦惱，解脫五障，不忘念五地。善男子！菩薩摩訶薩於第六地得陀羅尼名圓滿智。」

"Good sons! This dhāraṇī was spoken by buddhas exceeding the sands of five Gaṅgā rivers, in order to protect bodhisattva-mahāsattvas of the fifth ground. If there is anyone who recites and upholds this dhāraṇī mantra, they will be freed from all fears, ferocious beasts, evil spirits, humans, non-humans, enemies, thieves, disasters, mishaps, and all sufferings, will be liberated from the five obstacles, and will not forget the fifth ground. Good sons! On the sixth ground, the bodhisattva-mahāsattva attains the dhāraṇī named Complete Wisdom."
