4.209

由第九地得四辨自在如空，除利他障故無垢，所說法義能為眾生心行勝印，勝印印已決得勝益。由第十地得大智雲充滿法界，盡無邊界生所願身皆能顯現。皆因總持得，皆從所得立總持名，即從果為名，依主釋也。

The commentary says: Because on the ninth ground one attains mastery in the four analytical knowledges like space, and is free of obstacles to benefiting others, it is stainless; the Dharma and meanings expounded can serve as a superior seal for the mental dispositions of sentient beings, and once sealed by this superior seal, they definitely obtain superior benefits. Because on the tenth ground one attains the cloud of great wisdom filling the dharmadhātu, throughout boundless realms bodies manifested according to their vows can all appear. All of these are attained through dhāraṇī, and all the names of the dhāraṇīs are established according to what is attained—that is, named after the fruit, a determinative compound (tatpuruṣa).
