贊曰：如來更勅。前之四眾願聽護持、願自身受持演說，今勅亦令自勤修習，使法久住。
Commentary: 'The Tathāgata enjoins again.' Previously the fourfold assembly vowed to listen, guard, and uphold, and vowed to personally accept, uphold, and expound; now he also enjoins them to personally cultivate and practice diligently, so that the Dharma may abide long.
