4.368

贊曰：明輪迴不息，顯無終也。眾苦者，明從生老後起惑業，惑纏苦迫因業更復生死輪迴，虛妄緣生無有實體皆心所變，識外體空。由不如理虛妄生，思惟倒分別，非他所造。

The Commentary says: This clarifies that transmigration is without cease, showing that it is without end. "Multitudes of suffering" clarifies that afflictions and karma arise following birth and aging; entangled by afflictions and oppressed by suffering, one again transmigrates in saṃsāra due to karma. False conditioned arising has no real essence; it is all transformed by the mind, and is inherently empty apart from consciousness. Arising falsely due to improper attention and inverted discrimination, it is not created by another.
