贊曰：第二喻說。文中有二：初喻依他假有、次顯遍計是無。此初也。有二：初明依他有、次顯能現法界。此依他假有也。因緣如幻，但假合生。

Commentary: Second, the analogical explanation. In the text there are two parts: first, illustrating that the paratantra is nominal existence; next, revealing that the parikalpita is non-existent. This is the first. It has two: first, clarifying paratantra existence; next, revealing that it can manifest the dharmadhātu. This is the paratantra as nominal existence. Causes and conditions are like an illusion; they arise merely as a provisional combination.
