贊曰：下釋不異難。亦有四：初牒徵、二詰責、三出過、四結成。此初也。此難不一異，同《解深密》第一、《瑜伽論》七十五，恐煩不引。

The Commentary says: Below, the difficulty concerning not being different is explained. There are also four [parts]: first, raising the premise and inquiring; second, interrogating and censuring; third, pointing out the fault; fourth, concluding and establishing. This is the first. This difficulty of not being identical or different is the same as that in the first [fascicle] of the *Saṃdhinirmocana* and the seventy-fifth [fascicle] of the *Yogācārabhūmi-śāstra*; to avoid prolixity, they are not cited.
