贊曰：答也。依因緣道理，由假因緣故離有無。如因淨水有月影生故不無，非如所現真實之月故不有，餘準此知。如水月等無有一法是實有相者，但依假因緣故得修說。

Commentary: The answer. Relying on the principle of causes and conditions, because they are conventional causes and conditions, they are free from existence and non-existence. For example, because the image of the moon arises based on clear water, it is not non-existent; because it is not the real moon as it appears, it is not existent; the rest should be understood accordingly. Just as with the moon in the water and so forth, there is not a single dharma that has the characteristic of real existence, but based solely on conventional causes and conditions can one cultivate and expound.
