贊曰：合為他假說喻。隨世俗名言說為無為，為欲令他知為無為真實之義，或欲令證真第一義，非不見如能了行故。

The commentary says: This applies the simile of provisional speech for others. Speaking of conditioned and unconditioned in accordance with worldly names and words is because they desire to cause others to know the real meaning of conditioned and unconditioned, or desire to cause them to realize the true ultimate truth; it is not that without seeing tathatā they could discern conditioned things.
