4.552

贊曰：慶自所聞。一讚成勝德、二讚能利他，故重言希有。又得遇故、聞法故，重言希有。

The commentary says: Rejoicing in what he himself has heard. First, praising the accomplishment of supreme virtue; second, praising the ability to benefit others; hence repeating 'rare'. Furthermore, because of having met him and having heard the Dharma, he repeats 'rare'.
