下勸學，有三：初於經起法行、二明得勝功德、三「我諸弟子」下結勸令行。行精進波羅蜜者，即令行法行起精進也。

Commentary: Below is the exhortation to learn; there are three parts: first, initiating Dharma practices toward the sūtra; second, clarifying the attainment of superior merit; third, from "All my disciples" downward, the concluding exhortation to practice. "Practicing the vīryapāramitā" means causing them to engage in the Dharma practices and give rise to vīrya.
