4.65

經　「譬如轉輪聖王主兵寶臣隨意自在，此心善能莊嚴淨佛國土，無量功德廣利群生故，是名第九力波羅蜜因。」

The sūtra: "Just as a wheel-turning sage king's jewel-like general-minister is completely at ease according to his will, because this mind is well able to adorn pure buddha-lands, and with measureless merit broadly benefit the multitude of beings, this is called the ninth cause, [that of] the balapāramitā."
