5.123

經　「若有聽聞如是經者，所獲功德其量甚多，何況書寫、受持、讀誦、為他敷演、如說修行。何以故？善男子！若有眾生聞此《金光明最勝王經》者，即於阿耨多羅三藐三菩提不復退轉。」

Sūtra: 'If there is someone who hears such a sūtra, the amount of merit obtained is exceedingly great, not to mention writing it down, upholding it, reciting it, expounding it for others, and practicing in accordance with what is taught. Why is this? Good son! If there are sentient beings who hear this Suvarṇaprabhāsottamasūtra, they will no longer regress from anuttarāsamyaksaṃbodhi.'
