經　「次誦本呪。欲誦呪時，先當稱名，敬禮三寶及薜室羅末拏大王，能施財物令諸眾生所求願滿，悉能成就與其安樂。如是禮已，次誦薜室囉末拏王如意末尼寶心神呪，能施眾生隨意安樂。」爾時多聞天王即於佛前說如意末尼寶心呪曰：

Sūtra: 'Next, recite the fundamental dhāraṇī. When one wishes to recite the dhāraṇī, one should first invoke the names and pay reverent homage to the Three Jewels and the Great King Vaiśravaṇa, who is able to bestow wealth and material goods, causing all sentient beings' sought-after vows to be fulfilled, able to accomplish everything and bestow peace and happiness upon them. Having paid homage in this way, next recite King Vaiśravaṇa's wish-fulfilling maṇi jewel heart-essence divine dhāraṇī, which can bestow peace and happiness upon sentient beings according to their wishes.' At that time, the Heavenly King Much-Hearing spoke the wish-fulfilling maṇi jewel heart dhāraṇī before the Buddha, saying:
