贊曰：重成護人。有四：一隣敵心念興兵、二經威彼自潰、三此王命師討罰、四神助令彼歸降。初也。

Commentary: Re-establishing the protection of persons. There are four parts: 1. the neighboring enemy mentally intends to mobilize troops; 2. through the majesty of the sūtra they collapse of themselves; 3. this king commands his forces to punish and attack; 4. divine assistance causes them to surrender. This is the first.
