經　「『我說王法論，利安諸有情，為斷世間疑，滅除眾過失。一切諸天王，及以人中王，當生歡喜心，合掌聽我說。』」

Sūtra: "'I expound the treatise on the law of kings, / to benefit and pacify all sentient beings, / to sever the doubts of the world, / and eliminate the multitude of faults. / May all the heavenly kings, / as well as kings among humans, / give rise to joyful minds, / and with palms pressed together listen to what I speak.'"
