下天主正陳，有二：初三頌答名及業二問，即令修善更作來因；後「三十三天主」下五十七頌半通答問得號所由，即陳正論，即令修其現益。初復有二：初一頌答後二問、後二頌答初二問。此初也。

Below, the Lord of the Gods formally presents [it], which has two parts: first, three verses answering the two questions regarding the name and karma, thereby causing [kings] to cultivate goodness and create further causes for the future; afterwards, beginning from "The Lord of the Thirty-Three Gods," fifty-seven and a half verses generally answering the question regarding the reasons for obtaining the title, that is, presenting the correct treatise and causing them to cultivate present benefits. The first [part] again has two: first, one verse answering the latter two questions; afterwards, two verses answering the first two questions. This is the first.
