下八頌釋行善，有二：初一頌半釋行善、後六頌半釋得益。初中復三：初半頌化人，不順非法行；次半頌修政，不隨非法友；後半頌賞罰，不簡親非親。

Below, eight verses explain practicing good, which has two parts: first, one and a half verses explain practicing good; later, six and a half verses explain attaining benefits. Within the first, there are again three parts: the first half-verse is transforming people and not complying with unlawful conduct; the next half-verse is cultivating governance and not following unlawful companions; the latter half-verse is rewards and punishments without distinguishing between relatives and non-relatives.
