經　復告阿難陀：「往時薩埵者即我牟尼是，勿生於異念。王是父淨飯、后是母摩耶，太子謂慈氏、次曼殊室利。虎是大世主，五兒五苾芻，一是大目連、一是舍利子。」

Sūtra: He further addressed Ānanda: “He who was Sattva in past times was indeed me, Śākyamuni; do not give rise to any different thought. The king was my father Śuddhodana; the queen was my mother Māyā; the crown prince was Maitreya; the next was Mañjuśrī. The tigress was Mahāprajāpatī; the five cubs were the five bhikṣus; one was Mahāmaudgalyāyana, and one was Śāriputra.”
