大辯才天女讚歎品，來意同前。具足菩薩四辯才故名大辯才，有自在故名天，現為天女。即持業釋也。或簡餘天女，大辯才之天女，亦依主釋。問：何不明餘，此天女讚？答：以諸神中具辯才勝，故不明餘。

"Chapter on Praise by the Goddess Sarasvatī": the occasion for its occurrence is the same as before. Because she is fully endowed with a bodhisattva's four kinds of eloquence (catuḥ-pratisaṃvid), she is named Great Eloquence (Mahāpratibhānā / Sarasvatī); because she possesses sovereignty, she is called deva, manifesting as a devī (goddess). This is a karmadhāraya compound. Or, distinguishing her from other goddesses, she is the goddess of Great Eloquence, which is also a tatpuruṣa compound. Question: Why are other deities not explained, but this goddess praises? Answer: Because among all deities she possesses superior eloquence, other deities are not explained.
