Sūtra: At that time, the ten thousand devaputras, having heard the three great beings receive their prophecies, and having further heard such a King of Sūtras, the Most Victorious, gave rise to joy in their hearts, pure and undefiled like empty space. At that time, the Tathāgata, knowing that the wholesome roots of these ten thousand devaputras had matured, immediately conferred upon them the prophecy of mahābodhi: "You devaputras! In a future age, after immeasurable, incalculable hundreds of thousands of koṭis of nayutas of eons have passed..."
