問世相如空華，何故言不生不滅。《入楞伽》云：「云何如空華？不生亦不滅？」

This asks: if worldly characteristics are like flowers in the sky, why speak of neither arising nor cessation? The Entry into the Laṅkā states: 'Why are they like flowers in the sky? Neither arising nor ceasing?'
